OT Services Available:
- Home Modification Evaluations
- Comprehensive assessments of the client and their home environment.
- Recommendations presented with justification for all proposed modifications.
- These typically include coordination of modifications with the client, builder, architect (is applicable), case manager and insurance adjuster.
- Attendant Care Assessments
- Presenting areas of limitation in activities of daily living (ADL) and providing recommendations for attendant care that are medically reasonable and necessary.
- Assessment of Motor & Process Skills (AMPS) to support recommendations for attendant care, guardianship, conservatorship, supportive housing needs and evidence-based treatment plans.
