Nutrition counseling is tailored to each client with a personalized nutrition plan and client centered goals. Nutrition counseling is ordered and approved by the client’s physician The main goal is to develop healthy eating patterns, set realistic goals to help achieve a healthy weight, improve health outcomes and improve overall quality of life.
